  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials, ensuring all tags and protective wraps are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
